In short
Longevity medicine here means preventive medicine done properly, with the marketing removed.
- Risk is calculated, using a model validated for you, and it puts you in one of four bands with a defined answer.
- Tests are justified before they are ordered, and the ones that would not change anything are named and left out.
- Direct measurement beats prediction. A coronary calcium score outperformed a polygenic risk score in two large population studies.
Growth hormone, unlicensed peptides, intravenous infusions, compounded hormones and biological age tests are not offered. In Dubai that matters, because all of them are sold here.
Who This Service Is For
Who is this for?
- People in their 30s to 50s who have never had their cardiovascular risk formally calculated. Risk factors are worth identifying from 20, and calculators apply from 30
- People with a family history of early heart disease, high cholesterol or diabetes, where the age at onset changes the plan
- People already on a longevity protocol who want it audited honestly
- Executives whose constraint is calendar time rather than motivation
- People who train seriously and want risk assessed rather than assumed to be fine
Who is it not for?
Anyone looking for growth hormone, unlicensed peptides, stem cell or intravenous anti ageing treatment. None of these is prescribed here and no version of the request changes that.
It is also not the right appointment if you have an active symptom. Symptoms are investigated on their own terms first, because a screening framework is the wrong tool for a person who is unwell.
What sits under this pillar?
- Cardiometabolic risk: blood pressure, lipids, glucose, weight and kidney function read as one picture
- Silent cardiovascular disease, found by calcium scoring where it will change the decision
- Family history and inherited lipid disorders, including familial hypercholesterolaemia at roughly 1 in 300 people
- Preventive screening, limited to what has evidence for someone your age
- Feeling older than your years, which has a short list of treatable causes
Why prevention starts earlier in the UAE
Because the local numbers do not match the age thresholds most guidelines were written around. Cardiometabolic risk here shows up in the twenties and thirties, and heart attacks are treated in men at an average age of 42.
The table gives the figures that change the plan for patients in Dubai, with the study each comes from.
| Finding | Source |
|---|---|
| 62.7 percent of adults aged 18 to 40 had abnormal lipids, 26.5 percent obesity, 22.4 percent raised blood pressure, and 51 percent of the men smoked | UAE Healthy Future Study, 5,167 adults, 2023 |
| Average age 42.0 in men and 48.8 in women with premature coronary artery disease; 83.6 percent had abnormal lipids and 33.6 percent diabetes | Dubai tertiary hospital series, 110 patients, 2025 |
| Physical inactivity 32.2 percent and metabolic syndrome 31.2 percent across the UAE | Systematic review of 60 UAE studies, 2026 |
| Raised blood glucose in 12.5 percent of adults, raised blood pressure in 25.9 percent, insufficient activity in 59.1 percent | National Health and Nutrition Survey 2024-2025 |
Two things follow. Risk gets calculated earlier here than a European or American age threshold would suggest, and the calculator used has to be named, because none of the widely used models was derived on a population that looks like Dubai. Why the model matters here.
Neither a residency medical nor a corporate health package does this. What those checks actually cover.

Step 1. Start here: a full medical consultation. History first, risk calculated with the right model, and a short, justified list of tests, or none at all.

Step 2. A personal plan built from your results: what to measure, what to change and when to review. Only what the evidence supports.

View TreatmentWhy Physician-Led Care Matters
What does physician led change here?
Mostly it changes what does not happen. A commercial longevity model makes money from more testing. A medical one is obliged to say when a test is not worth doing.
Three questions before any test
- Does this condition cause real harm, often enough in someone like you?
- Would finding it early lead to a better outcome than finding it later?
- Is the test good enough that it will not cause more trouble than it prevents?
A test that fails any of these is named and left out, with the reason given. How that works in the appointment.
Risks are given in absolute terms
People read absolute numbers more accurately than percentage reductions, and in a systematic review of 35 studies patients more often overestimated the benefit of a treatment, screen or test than underestimated it. So the numbers here are events per thousand people.
The uncomfortable evidence is stated
General health checks did not reduce deaths from any cause, from cardiovascular disease or from cancer in randomised trials, although they did improve the detection of high blood pressure and raised cholesterol. Saying so is part of the job. The trial evidence.
What is declined
- Growth hormone for healthy adults, unlicensed peptides and intravenous anti ageing infusions
- Compounded hormone mixtures, which ranged from 67.5 to 268 percent of labelled potency when tested
- Whole body scanning as a routine screen
- Biological age tests and consumer genomic longevity panels
- Repeat calcium scoring to monitor treatment, which adds little to the first result
Each of these was tested and either failed or was never tested at all. The evidence behind each refusal.
How the Consultation Works
-
1
History first, tests second
Activity, sitting time, sleep, alcohol, smoking, medication, and family history with ages attached. This determines which tests are worth doing, because incidence is low for most conditions in most people.
-
2
Risk calculated with the right model
A calculator validated for your population, using its own risk thresholds rather than borrowed ones. A 30 year estimate is added between 30 and 59 when the 10 year figure is low or borderline.
-
3
A short justified panel
Each test named with the reason and with what an abnormal result would lead to. A calcium score only where it would change the decision, which usually means borderline or intermediate risk.
-
4
Decisions and an interval
A named decision on medication either way, named targets, two or three behaviour changes with numbers, and a review interval matched to your risk rather than to a subscription.
Frequently Asked Questions
The parts with evidence are: cardiovascular risk assessment, cancer screening, physical activity, smoking cessation and treating the conditions you already have. The parts sold as anti ageing, meaning growth hormone, infusions and biological age scores, are not.
No. There is no evidence base for their use in healthy adults for this purpose and there are real risks. This does not change on request. The Emirates Drug Establishment acted against 71 sources selling unapproved peptide products in July 2026.
Not offered as a routine screen. In a review of 17 studies of CT colonography, 40 percent of 3,488 patients had at least one finding outside the colon and 14 percent had further evaluation, which found early cancers in about 1 percent, mostly of types for which screening is not recommended.
Only where it would change the decision, which in practice means borderline or intermediate risk. It rarely reclassifies anyone at low risk, and it is not needed once treatment is already indicated.
It is the strongest reassuring result available in preventive cardiology, stronger than a normal CRP, carotid scan, ankle brachial index or family history. It does not apply if you already have symptoms: among people with symptoms, 13 to 16 percent with a score of zero still have flow limiting coronary disease.
Every three years under 50 without chronic conditions, yearly from 50. Cardiovascular risk every three to five years if low and yearly at borderline risk or above. More often is not better.
Yes, and it is a common reason to come. Everything is placed into one of three groups: keep, stop, or no evidence either way and your choice.
Because the local picture starts young. In the UAE Healthy Future Study of 5,167 adults aged 18 to 40, 62.7 percent already had abnormal lipids and 22.4 percent raised blood pressure, and in a Dubai series of premature coronary artery disease the average age was 42 in men.
